| We stayed at the Homelea on the 23rd and 24th February 2011. We had a great time and it felt like being with friends. Linda was a great host and looked after us. The breakfast was hot, tasty and plenty of it. The room was clean, comfy and cosy and the dining facilities were great. We will be staying again in April. |

| We have just spent two nights at the Homelea and enjoyed every minute. Lynda was a star and nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean, comfy, warm and well stocked with tea/coffee. Breakfast was a real treat - hot, tasty and not greasy. We would certainly hope to book again if we have a future visit to Birmingham. |

| I have just returned from a one nights stay at the homelea. I would rate it 5stars for every thing. Dave and Lynda are the nicest hosts you could get. The breakfast was boiling hot and very tasty. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable I would definately reccomend this guest house to anyone. Thanks guys see you soon. |

| A very pleasant stay, room clean and fresh and guest house is conveniently 5 minutes to NEC area with a pub/restaurant across the carriageway. I would like to express a massive thankyou to Linda for her very kind help and warm hospitality .. providing me with a new toothbrush and a lift to my meeting was very much appreciated! Thankyou x |

| Had a wonderful stay, room warm and clean every day, cooked breakfast piping hot freshly done, owner very friendly and helpful, not in a noisy part of the house at all, bed comfortable. I would definately stay there again and recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in Birmingham. |
