Thank you Dave and Linda for the caring hospitality! The room was just perfect for me! I have slept very well, even if I had only a few hours to recover from my busy day at the convention. I enjoyed every minute of my stay at your house - ( I miss the English breakfast ) So, I am already making plans for next year...

| Dave&Linda say, and I quote, it is a small, friendly, clean and comfortable guesthouse. House is small alright, but their hearts and welcome are big. It is more than friendly, extra clean every day. Their little gestures make you extra comfortable. Extremely close to NEC and buses. I was enjoying my stay and would definitely like to come back. |

| I have just stayed for 3 nights while at an exhibition at the NEC, by far the most pleasant stay i have had at a bed and breakfast and i will definitely stay again. Lovely people and first class service, the standard is excellent and extremely clean and tidy. cannot recommend highly enough. thankyou very much |

| Thanks for making our 1 night stay so pleasant and friendly. You have a beautiful guest house, very tastefully decorated and the breakfast was fantastic! We would certainly recommend it to our friends if they visit from Cornwall. Thanks for my plant - I just wish I had a garden like yours to put it in. |
